Join Allison in her South Orange gym for an hour of strength training. These are drop in classes with a maximum of three/minimum of two per class. This class is not for beginners. Stay tuned for a new Learn to Lift program coming soon.

How to reserve your spot:

  1. Log in or create an account by clicking LOGIN below

  2. Find the class or classes you want to register for and click “sign up”.

  3. You will need to purchase classes in order to register. Choose either a single class, 5-pack or 10-pack.

  4. Save your spots!

  5. If a class is full, add yourself to the wait list.

  6. Late cancellation and no show policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of class start will be charged the full class fee. No shows will be charged full class fee. There are no refunds for unused classes.
