Winter classes are held at Dingers NJ located in Maplewood NJ.
Classes last 50-60 minutes
If you’ve done SOME exercise before, you will be ok. I don’t recommend this class to people who have never participated in exercise of any kind.
We meet outdoors in Maplewood NJ
If the weather is not conducive to outdoor exercise, we meet online.
I recommend that everyone has a yoga mat, a set of dumbbells and a resistance band. Anything else we need, I will bring.

You can make up a missed class at a different class during the same session. Maximum make ups available per session is 3. Missed classes do NOT roll over to other sessions, nor are any refunds available.
No. It might be hard, but it will be fun. Remember, it’s not ACTUAL boot camp. It’s voluntary. You pay for it.
