How do I know how to do the exercise?
There is a little video that is attached to each exercise listed on your workout. I recommend that you read through the workout entirely before you embark on completing it. Familiarize yourself with any exercise that is new to you by watching the video.
What if I can’t do the exercise?
If you can’t do it because it is too difficult to achieve the time or reps dictated in the workout, practice doing it for less time or fewer reps. It’s better to do it once correctly than 8 times incorrectly.
How can I make an exercise harder or easier to suit my level of fitness?
From time to time, you may see that the video description of the exercise has more than one way to complete it. The first way is generally the easiest, progressing through the most challenging.
What if I miss a workout?
If you miss a workout but can get it in the following day, go ahead and do it. If you miss a whole week, just pick up the following week. Don’t double up your workouts in one day.
Are there refunds or make ups?
No, there are no refunds or make ups.
How do I know if I am doing it correctly?
If you are unsure, take a little video of yourself doing the exercise and send it to me through TrueCoach. I’m happy to take a look. Just give me 24 hours to respond.
I don’t have the piece of equipment listed for the exercise. What should I do?
Do it anyway! Doing an exercise without weight is ok!
How do I claim my discount on the next session?
You must get a 100% compliance rate by completing the workouts on time each week. After your workout is complete, make sure you note it as completed in TrueCoach. I will be notified that you have completed it. Anyone with 100% compliance can claim a 10% discount off the next level of online boot camp.
