  • Workouts vary in level of difficulty. Always remember that every BODY is different, and what is hard for one person might be easy for another. Do the best you can with each move, stop if anything hurts, and rest when YOU need to rest.

  • Many workouts and exercises in the library are bodyweight only. Others may require a set of dumbbells or resistance band. It will be clear from the description what (if anything) is needed for the workout.
